I’ve always said there are two doctors I keep close to my heart, and they go hand in hand for me: Dr Eric Berg and Dr Peter Glidden.

Dr Peter Glidden, in my own opinion, is a true crusader against blind dependency on Big Pharma and a powerful voice for independent thinking in health. He doesn’t sugar-coat reality, and that’s exactly why he deserves the respect he gets — and certainly the respect he gets from me.

It was Dr Peter Glidden who inspired me to stop automatically accepting prescription drugs as the default answer and to start questioning whether they were truly necessary in my situation. Through his teachings, I learned that medication has its place — especially in areas like emergency care and surgery — but that long-term health should not be built on a conveyor belt of pills.

He opened my eyes to the dangers of over-medication, poor nutritional advice, and a system that often treats symptoms instead of causes. More importantly, he gave me the confidence to step away from unnecessary drugs and take responsibility for my own health through natural nutrition and informed choices.

That’s where Dr Eric Berg came in.

If Dr Glidden taught me what to avoid, Dr Berg taught me what to do.

Dr Berg showed me how nutrition, insulin control, inflammation reduction, and fasting could actually restore the body instead of suppressing symptoms. Together, these two doctors formed the foundation of my health turnaround — one teaching caution and discernment, the other teaching nourishment and balance.

They worked hand in hand for me:

  • One taught me to question unnecessary drugs

  • The other taught me how to eat properly, feel good, and live well

Today, my stress levels are gone, my health is restored, and I genuinely feel happier and more in control than I ever have before. I honestly don’t think I’d be where I am now if these two doctors hadn’t crossed my path.

For that, Dr Peter Glidden has my deep respect, and alongside Dr Eric Berg, my gratitude is lifelong.
